Palestine to open embassy in Venezuela
4/2/2009 11:56:08 AM
Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyadh al-Maliki said on Thursday that a Palestinian political bureau would be opened in the Venezuelan capital city of Caracas in the near future. He said the measure would be taken place pursuant to Venezuela's call for establishment of Palestine's embassy in Caracas. Maliki added Venezuela would also open its embassy in Ramallah soon. The decision was taken for cementing relations between the two countries and in continuation of the Venezuelan government's policy for supporting the Palestinian government and nation and opposing policies of the criminal Zionist regime.
